I was interviewed by the Owner. Gerald A Crandall. He made a couple of phone calls to prior agencies that I worked for and decided I was a good fit for his operation. They allowed me to work at my pace and I built up a book of business that 3.5 million in premium when I retired in September

Interview
Really relaxed process. Just met with the owner and head engineer of the company and talked about the position and why I wanted to intern with them. They were really friendly, and I just chatted with them more than answered questions. Got the position upon leaving the interview. My best advice for anyone interviewing with them is to just be friendly and engaging.
