This experience was actually a one on one conversation at a career fair. They did not incorporate a potential job they were scouting for skilled people, but had no position to fill. I found this to be fine for an individual company, but other companies should hold a spot at a career fair for potential hires.

Interview
The interview process was a huge joke, and the reason being was because they had an agency find me for them just to fill in. I was asked only 2 questions, and aced them easily. The interview didn't really go over the specifics of the job at all which lead to setting me up for failure.
