Creative Agency Services Team interview questions

Initial round has been brief screening, followed by one round of Technical discussion on 12th may ,Architecture, Design, Code Rules, Deployment process with real time project implementation, After 3 days have been invited to visit cast software in their Bangalore location on 20th May to meet there Hiring Manager, we had brief to detailed discussion they were basically looking for candidate who has worked on Products experience , he briefed about the role and his team, and team structure. had raised questions on work options flexibility, Mode of Work, Offsite location experience, recruiter has asked for immediate joining in 15 days , which i rejected the proposal as was not in intention to join , can consider given further notice left office After week have checked with the recruiter , she told profile was kept on hold.

A phone call followed up with several emails providing detailed instructions of how to complete the on-boarding process. Upon completion I received a status email and follow-up phone calls. Overall the experience was very professional.
