Creatives On Call interview questions

The recruiter bailed on me twice. After rescheduling for the third time, she called me 20 minutes late because she was "out to lunch." She didn't even know which job I applied for nor had she looked at my resume. About halfway through our conversation, which was mostly spent talking about herself, the recruiter shared with me that job I applied for didn't in fact exist--she had posted it just to see what type of candidates would apply IN CASE a future job opened up. I was genuinely excited for this job, and as an active job seeker looking for work, felt as though I had been scammed. What a complete waste of my time. I do not recommend working with this company.
