Smart, relevant, to the point. Interviewers were prepared and had a clear vision for the role. It was clear that they care about the company's culture and they made that clear.

I have no complaints. It was a ver positive experience. The people I interviewed with made me feel at ease. I presented my work and spoke to some of my favorite pieces, but also spoke about topics unrelated to design.
