Crimson Phoenix interview questions

I was referred by a friend, I had worked for the company in the past and it did not end well the 1st time. The VP wanted to speak with me, and he asked what had happened, I was honest and open. I told him my goals to help the company grow and was re-hired.

Excellent process overall from start to finish. Thoroughly enjoyed the process from a recruiter discussion to HR screening and meeting with the hiring managers. They respected me as a candidate which I very much appreciated, The time between the first outreach and the final decision was quite reasonable.
