The interview went well, very nice people and staff. Noting seemed off, and the place was clean and inviting. The people there were very nice to me. I got hired on the spot, and they even wanted me to start right after the interview.

The hiring process involved coming in to meet with the bosses. We walked around the shop and then spoke about my interest in the position and if I had any previous knowledge of electrical/manufacturing.
