There were 3 rounds to the interview process for my recruiter role. Overall it was a very productive and straight forward experience. Everyone here knew what they were looking for and the organization was able to explain their needs for the role very clearly.

It was a very laid back experience. Ryan (VP of Allied) was very easy to talk to. The interview process did not feel like a interview, just having a conversation.

The interview process was great here. Kathleen is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable throughout. Onboarding with HR was easy too. More than one dept head interviewed but Kathleen was the nicest.

HR Rep reached out a week ago to schedule a phone interview, I responded the day of with several follow up emails during the week and STILL have not heard anything back about scheduling a phone interview. It’s ridiculous.
