Limited time video responses and a series of telephone questions from a HR rep. The interviewer was looking for one of a set number of 'buzz words' and seemed to have a checklist to tick off rather than trying to understand what I was saying.

Question 1
Very basic, far too broad and irrelevant for the role. Would not get the best out of applicants. Some questions were politically inappropriate and I felt uncomfortable.
