Cross Match Technologies interview questions

I was called by HR and interviewed over a speaker phone. Her style was very impersonal. The questions were asked in a manner that came across aggressive and unfriendly. I was then told about the low rate of pay and informed that overtime is NOT paid but you can expect to work more than 40 hours. They classified a clerical, non-management position as exempt. I am a team player and do not mind working extra hours to get the job done but I certainly expect to be paid for it!
