The process takes a little while and requires a fair amount of time and effort, they sent me a 6-8 hour project that was a valid example situation for the role and required real effort, it took me about 6 hours, and I then submitted a slide and video presentation. After that I was put in the market place, when a fitting job came up I had a web interview before being hired.
