      Technical Project Manager Interview

      16 Dec 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Crossover for Work

      Interview

You get to do 5-6 small but focused assignments. A bit like in college.. Then you submit a video of yourself presenting the assignments. If you're good, a video interview (or two) with the actual managers you'd be working with ... and then you get an offer right away. They roll fast.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

I needed to prepare some spec for a feature in one product

It was more about the current role that I was in which is similar to this role. First they take a online skill test. If it is in a hiring tournament its faster turnaround time for the result. Then on success, they will place you in an marketplace. On requirement basis, a hiring manager would schedule an interview which is pretty much the work we do and any queries we have.
