Took about more than a month of "assessments" and I didn't even get to the "interview" part. Waste of time. As everyone have stated, there was this 15 min - 50 question psychosometric tests that if you spent a long time computing a math question you'll not be able to finish the test and this will fail you. But I finished and passed this test (80% accdg to the result). Next one was an audio recording you have to submit answering 5 common hr questions. This one I don't know if I passed coz their site didn't say, but I was able to proceed to the next step which was another logic tests. I passed easily with 90%. Next step was the "Pre-Work" where you have to practice for the actual QA work. I did the prework and was able to schedule the actual QA assessment work because this step was proctored meaning a member would be watching you doing the assessment. So i scheduled that and it came. I was doing this QA proctored work with 5 test cases and had to be done in 50mins, while being on zoom. There was a problem with their test environment and the proctor can't or didn't even tell me. I waited more than a week to hear a result just to tell me that I have to REPEAT my proctored assessment bec of an error in the environment. So i did schedule again and took the test. Again, 5 test cases in 50mins. I thought I did good coz it's Manual Testing and I have years of experience so I know what I was doing. But just after 2 days, I received an email that I failed and will not be endorsed for interview. Now idk why or where I failed l, they will not tell me. Waste of time.

There are roughly 7-8 stages, A compulsory CCAT that you must take in order to proceed to the next stages, Two video interviews during the late stages, Total process was about 2 months

Online form took several hours to complete. With basic iq, testing and english questions to be completed within a time limit. There's a task that will take 3 hours to submit and an audio recording. Finally an interview will be setup where they asked me about my previous job experience. It was supposed to take place with 30 mins but mine got over in 15. Didn't get the application with no real feedback on what went wrong but I have to admit that the package they were offering did make me lose a month of progress. If you want to take a risk then go for it but they weren't very transparent on why you won't get selected.
