      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (London, England) in Oct 2018

      Interview

Initially asked to complete an application, then some questions then write a paper then have a remote interview with a more senior person. It was all managed in a portal that showed how you advanced on each stage - very convoluted. I ended up having an interview for a senior finance role with an IT engineer who clearly knew nothing about finance and was reading questions from a screen. He had to type my answers into a sheet to determine if I passed or not!

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

The engineer read a question from his screen , what is discount in finance?

      Question 2

What do you know about revenue recognition and have you heard of ASC 606?

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (Cali, Valle del Cauca) in Jun 2018

      Interview

Very demanding process. Well structured and thought of. The process is paced and divided in different stages. First stage is profile setup. Beware, this is jus a basic profile. It's advised that you come back and complete your profile. Then come technical questions, which are defined by hiring manager. Then you have to record an audio with your own voice highlighting three skills you have for that particular job. Then you have 7 specific questions where you have the possibility to show off your skills, knowledge and experience. Finally the CCAT, which is a very demanding and stressing multiple-answer test, addressed at measuring your IQ.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

On the CCAT you have to answer 50 question in 15 minutes. Obviously, that is metaphysically impossible. I got through question 35. Questions in this phase alternate between abstract reasoning (pattern recognition), math, and language. Allow yourself some guessing...
