      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Crossover for Work in Feb 2020

      Interview

Spend 30+ hours on "real world" project as part of interview assessment. They said I passed. Then had an interview with CEO. He said that he wanted to get me in front of his Opps lead. Was then "ghosted". After a tremendous amount of work put in, they don't give any feedback as to why process was abruptly ended. Do your research on this company. Go deep. One way street.

      Interview

One of the absolute worst interview processes and overall companies I have ever worked for. Input is not even welcome let alone paid attention to if proactively given. Everyone is a contractor and is recruited in with a high hourly rate....but can be let go literally within a month of bringing them on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you value a career.

      Interview

Very challenging automated test-based interview process. You don’t get to a personal interview until you have passed all the tests. The personal interview is more of a check box. If you fail any part of the interview, you are out.
