Interview
The interview was fairly standard I would say. Typical questions oriented towards the specific tasks of the job. There were a fair amount of yes or no questions in regards to the task of the job, ie. "How do you feel about working fully remote" ect

Interview
The interview process is very clearly described on Crossover's job postings. It was just as advertised and extremely fun and engaging. For the role I applied to, there was an aptitude test, an English language proficiency test, a free response task and a data analysis task involving Google Sheets. These are sequential and require the prior stage to have cleared. The final round was an interview round to assess cultural fit on either side.
