      Marketing Specialist Interview

      31 May 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Crossover for Work

      Interview

Overall, leaves a bad taste when the process ends abruptly after several rounds of assessment has been demanded from applicant. 4 different skills test online (1hour each approximately), each with a highly demanding score requirement of being in the top 80-95% of candidates. Then, a real work assessment that was supposed to take 1 hour but in reality, 4-6 hours. Passed all the stages to interview with a real person. Interview was not difficult, had great feedback but received rejection on platform within an hour. You don't get rejection directly from interviewer even when there were substantial exchanges. They do not provide any feedback.

      Question 1

Interviewer did not ask questions relevant to the role which was very strange to me, and made the offer sound very promising and secured.
