Crosstex Energy interview questions

Applied online and Department Manager schedule me for a phone interview a month later. Then schedule me for a 2nd phone interview with Operations Manager. Finally, a final face to face panel interview was scheduled 3 weeks later. The panel interview lasted for about 5 hours and it included a lunch with the team. Total process took almost 2 months.
