Very Simple :
Got Contacted Via Linkedin for the Role, if i am interested, then their HR Rep chatted with me for around 10 minutes via phone. then got invited for an interview
On-Site Interview :
HR Interview : pretty basic, brief intro about the company, it's product and services, then asked me about what i was doing, why i want to leave my current company then asked me to fill a questionnaire -VERY IMPORTANT- as it will specify what you will be asked for at the technical Interview.
The Questionnaire is asking you to assess your skill level in each skill like (Elastic Search, Containers, Javascript, CSS, Architecture, Design Patterns .....etc) on a scale from 1:4 as i remember, attached another paper defining what is 1:4 for each skill ," what you can do".
Technical Interview:
The interviewer was at the end of his day, he was very exhausted, lost his focus -not remembering what the main question was many times during the interview- he only asked at the areas i demonstrated skill level 3:4, very deep understanding questions, then very shallow questions, mostly about Javascript in general , and ECMA 6 , then turned to Algorithms, very shallow questions also, design patterns the same, asked if i implemented a design pattern by myself-looks important for him-.
he Googled around 2:3 of my answers to make sure they are correct, so he is very easy to be doubted.
