I applied through university. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (South Bend, IN) in Sept 2019
Interview
It was a total of three interviews one after the other. It was professional attire but the interview itself was more of a conversation so it was extremely comfortable and easy going. As long as you have great social skills and are likeable you will be okay.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1

Why do you want to work for Crowe?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2025
Interview
One 30 minute casual and friendly conversation with simple self-centered behaviorlal questions. It was with a manager I believe
3 week waiting period until response and I did not get selected to move on or offered a position.
I applied online. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
One virtual interview with the senior manager ended up being conversational. Usual interview questions, plans for CPA track. Ask questions about what they love about their job, and ask for advice about CPA or master's. Be yourself, don't be nervous, it's a conversation and not an interview.
You will know if you get the job at the end of the interview. They don't waste time so be on time.
