Super chill, didn't feel like an interview. Very conversational and the woman interviewing me was really nice. I had to apply for the leadership program since my graduation date is far down the line.

Submitted resume through university career services website, was selected for phone interview, phone interview was about 30 minutes. Typical behavioral questions...tell me about a time you've had to work with a team, tell me about a time you didn't do what was expected of you, strength/weakness...overall pretty easy.
