Interviewed on campus and then second round in the office. Easy process, clear communication. Two half hour interviews on-campus and then 1 in the office. Office visit was great to see the work space, participate in a team building activity, meet many professionals, have lunch, and learn more about the company.
I attended their learn to lead program. From that I got an interview at their office. I had an interview with one employee for half an hour and then with another one for half an hour. It was similar to interviews at other accounting offices. They asked behavioral questions and in general it felt pretty laid back.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2016
Interview
I interned in a different office before asking to transfer to Chicago. The manager from my prior internship set me up with an interview here. I talked with Stuart, the managing partner, and then had a formal interview with two partners. Which was followed by a lunch with a few Crowe auditors.
