How all interview processes should be. Recruiter emailed a few days after I applied. In the screening call, he explained the next steps clearly. Provided a small salary range and explained the reasoning. Called 2 days later to schedule interview with hiring manager. Called 2 days after that interview to personally tell me I wasn't selected to move forward. No games, no form emails.

Talk about trends you're seeing with clients and what their concerns are.
Lack of detail and specificity in what they are looking for in the role they are hiring for. Asked generic, open ended questions, not any tailored or direct questions specific to what they are looking for. Partner was rather rude, cut me off and interrupted on my response on three occasions.
The process was fairly quick - an initial screening with recruiting, then two manager interviews via zoom. I had to wait a few days for the offer. Overall the process took about 2.5 weeks
