I applied through a job posting and was contacted about a month after submitting my application. Since I already had another interview scheduled at a different workplace, I reached out directly to HR at Crown to check whether my application had been reviewed and to ask about the progress. I received a reply right away, confirming that they were very interested in me and inviting me to come in for an interview.

The main questions were about which sections I had worked in at my previous job and what kind of experience I had gained there. The conversation felt casual and friendly rather than stressful or overly formal.
Smooth process, they will confirm your resume and ask you your relevant job role questions. Since I applied for chef they want to know more about the experience of cooking.
