The interview process was over the top. I declined to move foward after the phone and interview with the IT Security Director. Here is how it will flow. 1.Phone interview 2.Interview with manager or director (this is where i stopped) 3. 4 hour interview??? I have never had an interview last longer than 1 hour, Even after the 4 hour interview, you are still not guaranteed to get the job.
