Despite the effort and time I invested, including detailed discussions with multiple stakeholders, over multiple timezones, I was left disappointed by the extended four-week decision process, which culminated in the role being withdrawn despite being the "top applicant". The prolonged wait after an intensive evaluation left me questioning the efficiency and responsiveness of the process and company. This experience has been a mixed bag: on one hand, I appreciated the thorough vetting and professionalism of interviewers, on the other, the delay in communication has been frustrating and has impacted my overall impression.
