The process was pretty quick and efficient. Began with a typical screening from a recruiter, and from there was moved onto a cold call exercise. The process ended with one more technical interview.

Question 1
To explain how my previous experience can propel me into a career of recruiting.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Crystal Equation (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
First an on call interview, then a "cold-call exercise" which was over the phone, then a video interview with the CEO and Director in Chicago which was basically just a conversation, then an onsite interview with a presentation to prepare.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Crystal Equation (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2018
Interview
Applied through one of their recruiters who was super friendly, had my onsite and met the team. The team was young and friendly. The hiring manager told me to take a couple days to think about if I wanted to work there and then got mad when I didn't email him back the next day. From there he never emailed me again but I was contacted by someone hire up than him a month and a half later trying to move me along the process which I never responded to.
