Horrible interview experience, I was contacted by the recruiter about a District Manager role, after my interview the recruiter stated that I had done real well, and was going to send me to the next interview with the Vice President, never hear back from them, I email the recruiter to ask for an update, NO reply whatsoever, at least have the courtesy to communicate with candidates to let them know they are not going to move forward with next steps, don’t ghosts them. Very unprofessional

3 separate interviews by a recruiter, DVP, and VP of Operations. It was pretty straight forward, no tough or technical questions. Majority of interview questions are about your managing style, what you bring to the table, and what you would change.

Two phone interviews with recruiter, Two phone interviews with RM, One in-person interview with RM. Then there was to be a SIXTH interview at their corporate offices in Pennsylvania with the CEO of the company in which the CEO made the final decision. 4 week process.
