I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cuhaci Peterson in May 2021
Interview
The interview went great, we discussed the projects and my interests. I enjoyed learning about the firm culture, the commitment towards designing detail-oriented spaces and the collaborative teamwork. After which they extended a job offer. When I negotiated for a better package, there was very poor communication and after over ten days I received an email that they have decided to go a different direction and they retracted their offer with no proper explanation. I feel they handled it very unprofessionally.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cuhaci Peterson (Blue Bell, PA) in Oct 2022
Interview
I went in for an interview with the firm and seemed to go well. I got asked that same day to come back and do a Revit assessment. I went back about 5 days later. As soon as I walked in the door, one of their persons who interviewed me came out to assist and gave me a weird look like he’s never seen me before. When I told him that I was there to do a Revit assessment he looked puzzled and rudely told me that someone would come out to help me. Once the assessment was done, no one was around to direct me out or say anything to me. Not a good experience when you’re trying to get hired. Would not recommend this firm to anyone if this is how prospect employees are treated.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cuhaci Peterson (Orlando, FL) in Dec 2021
Interview
Nice people, very easy interview. I declined their offer for the following reasons: 1) They only do repeat work 2) Lack of licensed architects, interns are basically managing the projects 3) The managers brought a few interns to do the interview with them (??????) 4) One of my interviewers made a racist joke about my immigration status. 5) I could tell by the tone of their voice this place have 0 work life balance, they were asking me to be prepared to work no less than 50 hours every week, with the ability to leave every other week once I completed my 40 hours. (They do not offer overtime compensation) 6) I know many people that has worked at Cuhaci and they said the company values were destroyed once the new leadership took over.
