Initial screen went well. Second round with hiring manager was cut short. Manager made strong assumptions about my abilities and experience without actually asking any clarifying questions. I easily could have explained that I did have the experience they were looking for with examples to support that. Instead I let the manager end the call because I would not want to work for someone that makes assumptions about individuals based on very limited data.
