Application
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cultural Care Au Pair in Oct 2020
Interview
Process was really easy. We had an video chat interview, talked about the role and the recruiter asked a lot of question based on situations or how I would handle some issues.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do in case of a situation where neither the host family or the au pair can agree in one thing and you need to make them understand or agree?
The interview took place virtually via video. The team member was kind and informative. I was 100% extremely excited to join the team and contribute to the expansion of this program. I did not accept the role because the pay would not be steady, nor enough and I need consistency at this moment in my life.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Cultural Care Au Pair in Jan 2025
Interview
Video interview with employee of Cultural Care. Interviewer was friendly and transparent. In total about 45-60 minutes. General questions asked with plenty of time for questions to be answered. A lot of information was provided ahead of the interview as well so there was an understanding of the role.
