      Recruiter Interview

      16 Jul 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Pleasanton, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CulverCareers (Pleasanton, CA) in May 2014

      Interview

The 1st was with the hiring manager. She was outgoing and very personable. She was younger than me but was making $100K+ and had stepped into management within her first 2 years at the company. That right there was a huge selling point to me. The 2nd interview was with the team and manager. It was nice to meet the team and see that everyone's opinion matters. The final interview was with the VP and i heard back on an offer within 48 hours.

      Interview

I was originally contacted by a recruiter that set me up for the first step. My first step was with a Branch Trainer and I learned a lot about the position, company, etc. Three steps later, I got the job!

      Question 1

Why Sales? On a scale of 1-10, how resilient are you? Tell me a time you set a goal for yourself and failed? They look for you to "close" for the next step if you are interested. Bring your energy and ask lots of questions.
