I was approached via LinkedIn after I applied for the role, I was asked about my salary expectations and availability for an interview. I responded, and didn't get a reply for a week, then offered my availability for the following 2 weeks but didn't get any response following this. I think the recruitment process really needs improvement, the candidate experience was really disappointing despite the company mission being so interesting, and it will impact the employer brand eventually.
