Interview
Pretty casual. I didn't get very far, but the screening and first person I spoke with were both very personable and helpful. The second person didn't seem as interested, but she was still very polite. I was kept pretty well updated and I think the longest I went without a response was a week or so.

Interview
Did not make It past the Screening call somehow after I had every single requirement on there plus more. Not to mention a vet in the real estate industry. I had one requirement and that was do not ghost me! Literally just send a simple email saying you didn’t get it. Don’t worry they don’t care they ghost you at will. I even followed up three times just to prove a point. This company or at least the recruiting department is not professional. Man what if the tides were turned and the employee had all the way?
To echo the experience of others here, if their interview process is any indication of how they conduct business, I would steer clear of this company. I went through an initial phone screening, 2 rounds of interviews, and completed a take home assignment at their request. I thought the process went well, but regardless, expected to hear back either way as I was promised that an update would be provided very soon. I was even told in one of the interviews how "amazing" and on top of things the hiring team was. Weeks went by and an update never came. When I reached out to follow up, I was completely ghosted. If they decided to go in another direction that is totally understandable, but this showed a shocking lack of professionalism in my opinion. This isn't a dating app and when you ghost people who have committed a significant amount of time an energy to the interview process it's incredibly rude. If you're thinking of applying here, I wouldn't waste your time.
