They are the face of the company and unfortunately my experience was that one person acted like I have to prove that I deserve the right to be their pack member with the smell of arrogance and annoyance. I don’t want to be a pack member and want instead to work in a friendly and collaborative environment. I hope this was misunderstanding rather than disrespect but that added enough stress to the point when I felt I don’t want to continue because of a cultural fit mismatch, the fact that my problem solving abilities were impacted by the stress, I couldn’t do better at that point and see no reason to waste my and their time anymore, and left.
