Informal interview with competency questions. Then a brief talk about my cv and how my skills relate to the job. Then went onto shop floor and did brief roleplay with a fake customer

Describe a time where things have went wrong and how did you solve the problem?
Questions regarding the role and experience . How relevant previous experience and skills are, expectations of day to day. What you expect to learn what you are present on the role at hand
1 stage interview was okay sat in the back and they went through it with me got the job sorted offered me at the interview was easy and explained process and how long it would take to start
Normal process, asked about my background and extra curricular subjects including why I was interested in working in tech.
