Fairly straightforward - had two rounds of interviews and both were conducted online through Zoom. Interviewers were on the formal side, but fair and clear in their expectations. Asked standard publishing interview questions. Overall a decent interview experience.

Interview
I applied using the form on their website and got a call within a few days to come in and meet the two agents I would be assisting. The interview was an informal chat in their office, with an in depth explanation of how the role would work

Interview
Sat down with two interviewers who were both super friendly and bubbly. As mentioned in other posts, the interview seemed just like a conversation re: motivation for working at an agency, books and the publishing process. One thing I disliked was not being informed of the outcome of the interview. I didn't get the role but would have appreciated being told vs. emailing them to ask!
