Come in, sit down, In to a meeting room, basic Questions, I got an in depth tour and everything that could be addressed was. I was very happy with it. The person I interviewed with made me feel like he cared and was focused on me.

Basic stuff. "Tell me about your experience with what we do" Just a minor fact finding chat. Very easy stuff.

Interview
Sat down with Manufacturing manager. Went over my application. Discussed my prior work experience. He then explained the process of what I would be doing. Then I was given a tour of the facility and offered a job on the spot.
