Cytek interview questions

Two rounds of interviewing. First was a Zoom interview with the hiring manager, second was an onsite interview with two senior peers and a manager, each individually one after the other. They more or less just asked about my experience, very light on situational questions. Wanted to know how independently I could work, most of all - the manager just reiterated that multiple times, and seemed to be implying that she didn't believe I could actually do so which I thought was strange but I tried to make the case that I could. The interviews with the two peers went well however and were easy, mostly just discussing my experience. After the interview, they ghosted me despite several attempts to follow up.
