Interview
Met with my supervisor for a general chat after cold emailing him. Discussed the project I would potentially be working on and my insights regarding that and then was hired.
Easy interview process, very communicative about next steps. Seems like a nice place to work. The process was a total of three rounds, all virtual, but covered a lot of topics related to the role.
Very conversational. Asked about my background and why I was excited about the role. Second Interview was with a higher-level executive but was also very conversational and easy going. This process took about 3 weeks.
