Cold applied online, got a first round 30-minute behavioral only based on my resume, invited to a 48-hour take-home case study (2-page research, very doable), and a superday with 2 interviewers back-to-back, going over the case study & asking additional questions, & last behavioral. Was not given offer despite very positive feedback :(

First round was 30 mins with a team member; purely behavioural, but really digging deep into specific experiences (they want to see first-principles thinking). Following first round, I got a link to a 48 hour case study (needed to submit 2 pages); had two prompts to choose from, one related to DE Shaw, and one abstract one. Received my rejection shortly after submitting the case
