Your first meeting is a cirtual zoom event, where you can really see the amazing culture of the company. The rest of the process is a hands. It is beneficial, to get hands on experience to make sure it is a good fit. Also, you get a chance to prove yourself with your work, not just being a resume sitting on someone's desk. Everyone is kind and helpful. I have loved it, and this has been by far my best interview process.

There was a zoom meeting to discuss the position and ask some personal questions about us and our work history. We got to "meet" the President and a few of the employees. It was a laid back and fun environment.
