Four step recruitment process lead by a staffing agency. The first 2 steps made with the agency, the other two made with the company. Until phase 3 it was pretty good. People were caring and attentive. But in phase 4, with the CEO and his associate, it was tragedy. They didn't look at your eyes. They don't give a #### to what you are saying.
People from the staffing agency told me that this may occur and that I should keep going and try to catch their attention, but, sincerely, they were so blasé and so arrogant that I think it was the best thing to me to not take that job.
