D3 LED interview questions

Initial interview was done over the phone. Basic interview with primary discussion focused on skill set and experience. After the phone interview there was a 1:1 interview with the project manager and 1 of the 3 managing partners. After a fairly short in person interview and discussion I was given an immediate offer.
