Was contacted via phone after online application. The interview was conducted via skype, and was mainly centered in the technical expertise required for the projects of the company.
The projects seemed very interesting. One important thing that they focused on was concerning the cultural shock that should be expected from working in Saudi Arabia.

Interview
I completed two rounds of interviews as part of the selection process. The first round was a BIM test to assess technical skills, followed by a general interview with the hiring manager to discuss experience, project exposure, and role suitability.
