Company utilizes recruiters, etc to select candidates for phone and live interviews. Company reimburses for travel expenses to Monument, CO for interviews. Candidates should be prepared for cool, direct interview questions and have good experience working in agribusiness with experience in logistics very favorable for the sales positions.
