Detail and technical driven, interviewer asked plenty of questions in term of technical knowledge. English level has to be good to show good impression, especially if the interviewer is a foreigner

Interview
Professional and very thorough interview process. Senior management does a good job previewing the position and clearly outlines the management style to be expected in the position. Company utilizes recruiters, etc to select candidates for phone and live interviews. Company reimburses for travel expenses to Monument, CO for interviews.
Candidates should be prepared for cool, direct interview questions and have good experience working in agribusiness with experience in logistics very favorable for the sales positions.
