The interview process was confusing. I don’t think that they really know what they are looking for in this position. The interview process was weirdly confusing and”stopped and started”. I am as not clear on the job.

Several standard “tell me about this position…” so memorize your resume. They seem to be very much concerned with tracking activities so be ready answer those questions too.
