The interview process is good. Very structured. Everyone is very warm and nice. Make sure you have good political knowledge heading into it as they will ask what policies you are interested in.
Several rounds, kind of unclear about some expectations but overall flexible and not too demanding. Writing assessment was interesting and a good representation of the day-to-day. Option to go in person or not for final round.

Question 1
Are there any areas of policy you don’t want to work in?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DCI Group
Interview
Pleasant, quick interviews when they happened. Some interviewers were very late or they forgot their scheduled time. Then, I was ghosted by everyone and didn't receive a response to follow-ups. Unprofessional.
