Interview
The interview process involved a phone screening, an interview with the team, and interview with the business stakeholders, and a final interview with the VP of IT. It was done in a professional, and comfortable setting. The interviewers had done their homework and were prepared with challenging questions.

My favorite question was the, "What position would you play on a baseball or football field" because it leaves the conversation open to so many different answers that can create a fun discussion.
