I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DDG Partners (New York, NY)

Interview

DDG recruited for this position via a head hunter. I got in touch with the placement company, had an interview with them. Once accepted, I met with a few people in the investment team, third round with the COO and final round with the CEO. The process went smoothly, and DDG was being very responsive to requests, questions and schedules.

Hired via recruiter. Extremely slow turnaround process for offer letter due to chaotic environment, should have been a red flag. They say the owners like to interview every possible employee, but the owners were very condescending and finished the interview in like 5 minutes and really don’t care. Need 3 references.
